About This Dog: Stella has tried to help this poor girl since she was dumped near her home in the summer but like so many she couldn’t be caught . Finally Stella managed somehow to get her poor MABEL is in a terrible state , never neutered she was chased by male dogs , her eyes were infected and she is almost blind. They have cut her ears . She is safe at last
