About This Dog: OLWEN’S STORY : Also when the big protest for ending the huge and awful dog catcher s maffia was in Bucharest and Cluj we did go to the shelter and we rescued this smaller type poor girl abandoned near to the shelter and hiding into the ditches next to the road.
