About This Dog: FLO was caught in a trap that Stella had left to catch the mom of the 6 black pups. We will never know if FLO wandered there or was dumped but she is skin and bones bless her. She can not be neutered yet and she is in such poor condition but with Stella’s love and care we hope to have an x ray done at a later date to see if she can be operated on. Stella knows FLO will end her days with Stella and her family and just wants to make her life as good as possible in the years she has left
