About This Dog: This dog and his friend have just been saved by Dora. A few days ago, someone came to the shelter saying the mayor has sent them, which was obviously rubbish. Toma unfortunately had to turn them away. Dora got an urgent call someone had seen 2 dogs tied up in the middle of nowhere went she went with Toma, they discovered it was the same dog they had been tightly bound to the trees for 4 days.
Sadly, the rope has cut into the BLONDE BOUND BOYS neck so he needs treatment for his wounds
