I understand that over the course of its life a dog can develop illnesses or have an accident and that this may lead to substantial vet costs. I am prepared to accept any costs that may arise

I accept that many of the dogs Amicii bring to the UK are ex-stray dogs and may have spent time living on the streets before they came into the shelter. They are therefore likely to have no history of having lived in a home or with a family

I understand that many Romanian dogs have been strays and may have then lived in kennels for a long period of time. It is likely that they are not house trained and they may have no obedience training. I accept that they will need patience, understanding and time to adjust to their new environment and am prepared to offer this.

I accept that Amicii often have no record of the history of the dogs or of any behavioural or medical issues they may have or may develop.

I accept that if I adopt a dog from Amicii and (for whatever reason) the adoption does not work out, I will be contractually obliged to return the dog to Amicii.

All potential adopters should be aware that many of our dogs have been the subject of abuse and harsh treatment in Romania.
